Shake Your Soul is based on various movement forms, including world dance, qi gong & somatics. In its essence, the offering is an invitation to open to the possibility of connecting to one's own life-flow in the presence of others who are opening to the same. This offering will have less strongly-cardio-driven energy. Accompanied by Jennifer Borishansky and friends with a fusion of African and Western music, we will focus more on the subtlety of receiving sound and the experience of moving rhythmically. I will offer more 'mind-body' cueing, inviting you to relax and SENSE more than DOING the moves. I trust that you will leave with connection to ease and aliveness, regardless of what's happening in your life.

Suggested Cost: $15-25
